The program

Safely Back Home is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides ID decals for personal garments and maintains a privacy-protected profile to assist law enforcement in returning a wandering individual to their caregivers. The program supplements — and does not replace — appropriate supervision, medical care, or emergency services.

No emergency service

Safely Back Home is not an emergency response service. In an emergency, always call 911 or your local emergency number first.

Eligibility & enrollment

Enrollment must be completed by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver of the enrolled individual. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to enroll the individual.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access non-public areas, interfere with the site's operation, or use the site in violation of any law.

Intellectual property

Safely Back Home™, the Safely Back Home logo, and the patent-pending ID decal process are the property of Safely Back Home. All website content is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
